Not quite as "quippy" as my husband, but I figured "Hey, everybody else is doing it" and "Yes, mom, I would jump off a bridge. . . "
You guys really got ice!!! I only remember ice storms from when I lived in Texas. I loved the sound of the "clinking" in the wind. Natural windchimes...I hope that your property didn't get much damage. Stay warm!
The storm sure is beautiful and totally sucks at the same time. Especially when we don't have a garage. Oh, well. We have not lost our electricty yet so we are fortunate.
hi- I just found your blog thru surfing off of Lisa's (gratefulhouse) blogroll. I think we see things in a similar way, lol. Your photo's are beautiful. I love a pretty winter storm so long as it doesn't keep me from getting my eyebrows waxed (as a snowstorm has here in WI)
ALL your photos are great - last 3 posts! Hope you are able to get a hold of your son's running....literally and figuratively. Merry Christmas!Barbara
Ok...where have you been hiding????
