Whoo hoo! You are making a lot of progress and the girl looks quite pleased with it. I am impressed.

seriously half way? I looks really pretty, how big is it supposed to be? I really like how the colors blended across the rows.

Hey Ms. Crazy knitter (is that what you called yourself? LOL) I am far too OCD to not have the yarn make the same pattern. Why is that? Does it happened when you start a new skein, or is it because of a dye lot issue? If you notice the yarn in the middle is also a little lighter. Hey, I said I was OCD!

I love working with variegated yarn but it drives me nuts too when you start a new skein and the pattern goes all wonky. You are zipping right along with that afghan! Lookin good!

I have heard There is a way to make the pooling go a specific way but that may be just a rumor started by the yarn companies. Crazy or manic knitter, take your pick lol.

I don't know about the yarn, either. If your'e really bored one day, check out ravelry.com. Patterns, yarn, questions, etc. Someone on there might be able to help you out. I think the afghan looks great!
